Cristine is an ISR Certified Instructor who has trained through an extensive 6 week course guided by a Master Instructor, during which time which she was trained and tested in the academic areas of child psychology, behavioral science, physiology, and anatomy. In addition to gaining an academic foundation, she has engaged in over 40 hours of hands on, in water practical application of the technique. Cristine is a mother of 6 children ranging from ages newborn to 15 years of age. She is a veteran ISR parent with two children who have successfully gone through the ISR program and have seen her two toddlers turn to strong swimmers who not only love the water but are now skilled at infant swim rescue technique.
Cristine was born and raised on the East side of Honolulu, she is currently a stay at home mom who works full-time teaching ISR lessons in the morning at her home and in between sports and extra curricular activities for her 6 children in the afternoon/evenings.
Cristine loves and enjoys surfing, swimming, hiking, spending time with family and working with children teaching ISR lessons to the keiki of Hawaii and feels very rewarded knowing that she is helping the ISR mission of “Not One More Child (Keiki) Drowns”.
